Heard Mr. Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
This correction application has been filed by applicant- Smt. Brijesh Kumari @ Brijesh Lohan and Gaurav Kumar, seeking correction in the order dated 07.09.2021.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants contends that there are following mistakes in the order dated 07.09.2021.
(i) Description "State Vs. Brijesh and Another" has wrongly been transcribed as "State Vs. Pankaj & Others".
(ii) In sixth line of second paragraph of second page, the description "Divorce Suit No.1009 of 2021" has wrongly been transcribed as description "Divorce Suit No.10009 of 2021".
(iii) In third line from bottom of second paragraph of second page, the word "Km. Anaya Lohan" has wrongly been transcribed as word "Lohan".
He therefore contends that aforesaid mistakes occurring in order dated 07.09.2021 be corrected.
Prayer made for in the correction application is bonafide. Accordingly, same is allowed.
It is hereby provided that in place of description "State Vs. Pankaj & Others", the description "State Vs. Brijesh and Another" shall be read. In the sixth line of second paragraph of second page in place of description "Divorce Suit No.10009 of 2021", the description "Divorce Suit No.1009 of 2021" and in the third line from bottom of second paragraph of second page in place of word "Lohan", the word "Km. Anaya Lohan" shall also be read.
This correction shall form part of earlier order dated 07.09.2021.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
