Present petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing of the chargesheet dated 13-06-2018, congnizance order dated 30-07-2018 as well as the entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 293/2018, under sections 363,366,506,120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Belghat, District-Gorakhpur, arising out of Case Crime No. 08/2018 pending in the court of F.T.C. 1st, Gorakhpur.
Petitioners are already on bail.
No case for interference at this stage by this court is made out. The petition is dismissed.
