Heard Shri Rajendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 2.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to grant financial approval for the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (Science) L.T. Grade in Sri Mathura Prasad Adarsh Inter College Rawaipur District Kanpur Nagar and to pay salary month to month. According to the petitioner similar order has been passed in W.P No. 799 of 2018 (Asheesh Kumar Singh and another Vs. District Inspector of Schools, and others), copy of which has been filed as Annexure-7 to the writ petition.
Learned standing counsel submits that the matter may be referred to the District Inspector of Schools who will pass appropriate orders in the matter in accordance with law.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 District Inspector of Schools, District Kanpur Nagar to examine the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
