JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has requested time for filing counter affidavit.

Two weeks time is finally granted for the same. No further time shall be granted to respondent for filing counter affidavit.

In case, no counter affidavit has been filed, the case shall proceed without counter affidavit and will be decided accordingly.

In case, counter affidavit has been filed, the repondent may file rejoinder affidavit within a week thereafter.
