This criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 24.01.2015 passed by 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur in Misc. Case No. 352/2014 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Madanapur, District Shahjahanpur, whereby learned trial court has released the prosecutrix on her own sweet will.
Learned trial court observed that as per medical report her age is about 17 years.
As material available on record, she will be more than 18 years at present.
In view of above, there is no illegality in the impugned order passed by learned trial court.
