The prayer made in the instant petition is for quashing the orders dated 3.5.2019 and 23.5.2019. By order dated 3.5.2019, the trial court has rejected the application for getting the property surveyed by a Survey Commissioner. The revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed as not maintainable.
In considered opinion of the Court, the order passed by the trial court is a purely interlocutory order which does not warrant interference or scrutiny at this stage in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution. It is left open to the petitioners to challenge the said order alongwith final order passed in the suit.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
