JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the parties that the suit was referred for Mediation and the parties have settled by entering into an agreement. The applicant has also filed affidavit indicating the said position. The Mediation report is taken on file and same shall form part of this order.
In the above circumstances, nothing survives to adjudicate this matter and the suit is closed.
The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiff in terms of the Tamil Nadu Stamp Manual Act. Consequently, connected applications are also closed.
