The instructions do not reveal that application filed by the petitioner on 2.1.2021 has been decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application dated 2.1.2021 filed by the petitioner under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
