The petitioners herein seek for quashing of the first information report dated 18.02.2021 registered as Case Crime No.84 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.
The allegation in the first information report are clear and categorical with regard to crime committed by the petitioners. The merit of the allegations cannot be seen within the scope of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
