Pursuant to an order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 petitioner claims to have joined. He has assailed the order of transfer by relying upon the transfer policy dated 29th of March 2018. It is stated that a representation in that regard has remained pending without any decision taken upon it.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner’s representation shall be considered, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, petitioner shall be at liberty to represent against the order of transfer before respondent no.2 along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. Such representation shall be considered in terms of the transfer policy, by passing an order within a further period of two months, thereafter. The impugned order of transfer shall remain subject to the fresh order to be passed by the authority concerned, as indicated above.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed of.
