Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has already instituted a civil suit against the private respondents no.6 to 8, which is pending and in respect of the said property a direction is sought upon the said respondents not to raise constructions.
As already a civil suit is pending and the dispute is between private parties in respect of a private property, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to move an appropriate application in the pending suit seeking injunction.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
