The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Writ - A No. 5422 of 2014 (Brij Lal v. State of U.P. & 2 others).
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel has placed a decision taken by the opposite party on 25.8.2021. The same is taken record. From a perusal of the same, it reveals that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
