Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner is presently posted as Peshkar, Fast Track Court at District Farrukhabad. It is urged that the petitioner is resident of Agra and his father, aged about 78 years, is suffering from heart, kidney, neuro and artho ailment and is taking treatment at Agra and Delhi. It is urged that his younger brother is not capable of attending to the needs of his father, therefore, petitioner has made a representation addressed to the Registrar General, through the District Judge on 2 February 2019 (Annexure-4), seeking transfer to nearby district, which is pending consideration.
Sri Anil Babu, learned standing counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the first respondent/competent authority in accordance with the Rules/Circulars.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the first respondent/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously. Petitioner to submit the representation along with certified copy of this order and copy of the writ petition in the office of the first respondent.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merit.
