Learned counsel for the respondent submits that General Manager of the Bank has power to redress the grievance of the petitioner with respect to payment of leave encashment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to approach the General Manager. He, therefore, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach General Manager with proper application for redressal of his grievance.
Considering the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-Bank as well as the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach General Manager for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner approaches General Manager of the Bank with proper application, the General Manager is directed to take a decision on the application of the petitioner within a period of one month.
