Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Diwakar Singh has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent nos.1 and 2 to get demarcate the plot no.830 area 1.5620 hect. and Plot No.831 situated at Village Shivpur, Mazre Vijaypur, Pargana Ekdala, Tehsil Khaga, Distt. Fatehpur. It is also contended that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has also made representation dated 20.03.2018 before the second respondent, and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
