JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Sri K.S. Pawar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri I.H. Farooqui, learned Addl. Solicitor General for Union of India, submits that the report impugned has already been sent before the appropriate authority for taking decision, which may come out within a week. Therefore, they make a request to postpone the case for a week.
On request, the matter is postponed.
