THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the parties having argued the matter for some time, have broadly agreed with the view of this Court that the subject suit be clubbed and tried together.
In view of the consensus, the Writ Petition is disposed off directing clubbing of the subject suits and their expeditious disposal within an outer limit of nine months, all contentions having been kept open.
