This writ petition is filed challenging the detention of goods pursuant to Ext.P2 notice. By virtue of an interim order dated 12.11.2010 the goods had already been released on certain conditions.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the adjudication proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 notice has not been completed. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
There will be a direction to the competent authority to complete the adjudication pursuant to Ext.P2 notice within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
