JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Insurance Company submitted that the matter has already been settled and the amount deposited by the Insurance Company has already been withdrawn by the claimant.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, C.M.A.No.SR37307 of 2007 is also rejected. No costs.
