JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pending this transfer civil miscellaneous petition, M.C.O.P.No.1046 of 2008 pending on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pondicherry itself has been disposed of and therefore, this Tr.C.M.P may be dismissed as infructuous.
