JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 11th respondent would submit that the status report has already been filed and a copy is also served on the parties and the Writ Petition itself is posted for orders on 18.09.2017.
2. In such view of the matter, the writ appeal stands closed, leaving all the issues open to be raised before the learned Single Judge. It is further made clear, it is also open to the appellants to contend before the learned Single Judge that no order can be passed upon the report, which has been filed pursuant to the interim order passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
