By impugned order dated 20.04.2019, the executing court in course of execution of money decree has declined to fix installments for payment of the decreetal amount.
The Court has observed that Paper No.16-Ga shows that judgment debtor has sold an immovable property and thus has sufficient means to pay the decreetal amount.
In the opinion of the Court, no case is made out to interfere with such an order in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution.
The petition stands dismissed.
