ORDER Shri V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner shall be heard and appropriate orders shall be passed by the Deputy Commissioner and the Chairman, District Stone Crushers Licensing and Regulation Authority, Udupi District with regard to quarrying licence sought by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
2. His submission is placed on record and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Udupi District to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
