Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2, Naib Tehsildar (Sikandra) Phoolpur Prayagraj (Allahabad) to decide the Case No. 178/201/308/779 of 2016, filed Under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar (Sikandra) Phoolpur, Prayagraj-(Allahabad) (Bramha Nand Vs. Smt. Kamla Devi) expeditiously as early as possible within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
