Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.D. Vishawakarma, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.63081 of 2010 (Bramh Dev Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that pursuant to the order of writ court, the applicant was permitted to join the services but the salary of the certain period was not paid.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, the present contempt application is disposed of permitting the applicant to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the opposite party along with a copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation has been filed within the stipulated period, the opposite party will pass appropriate order the same within a period of three months from the date of submitting of such representation.
