The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Fast Track Court, Budaun to decide Suit No. 195 of 2009 within a stipulated period.

As to what happened thereafter is not disclosed.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
