Petitioner claims to be working as typist in the respondent organization for last more than 30 years and has applied for regularization.
The grievance is that such claim of the petitioner is although forwarded but a final decision is still awaited.
Sri Ramakant Singh, appearing for the respondents, submits that an early decision will be taken by the competent authority.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the respondent no. 2 to take a final decision in accordance with law, for regularization of the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
