Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner by means of this petition disputes the correctness of the electricity bill.
The dispute with regard to the correctness of the electricity bill can be raised and resolved by taking recourse of Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005.
In view of the above alternative remedy available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere in this petition.
It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid remedy.
