Even though lawyers were abstaining from work and learned counsel for the petitioner was not present in the Court, I myself have gone through the record.

The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Appeal bearing No.38 of 2017, Computerized Case No.T20171127710275, under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal bearing No.38 of 2017, Computerized Case No.T20171127710275, under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, unless there is any legal impediment, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
