The petition does not disclose any cause of action that arises to the petitioner, even he is not the applicant against the tender. Secondly, the prayer made is under misconception that the last date was the first date when it was issued as mentioned in the tender i.e. on 24.12.2018. The petitioner still have three days to apply. It is open to him to make an application for consideration.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter at the present stage.
The writ petition is dismissed.
