The learned counsel for the appellant has filed memo dated 2.12.2014 in this Appeal, which reads as follows: “It is submitted that subject matter of the above Criminal Appeal between the parties has been settled. Hence, the appellant does not wish to prosecute the case any further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed in view of the aforementioned memo.
