No one appears on behalf of opposite parties.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to pay the salary of the petitioner in accordance with the resolution dated 07.06.2011.
This Court by means of order dated 16.12.2011 granted three days' time to Sri Sampurnanand Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to seek instructions in the matter.
Sri Sampurnanand Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 is not present, therefore, taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and the resolution of opposite parties dated 07.06.2011, it is hereby directed that the opposite parties will ensure the payment of salary to the petitioner in pursuance to their resolution dated 07.06.2011 or to show cause by the next date of listing.
List this case in the second week of April, 2012.
