This petition is directed against an order dated 1.11.2018, whereby the District Inspector of Schools has reviewed his earlier order passed on 24.5.2018.
Perusal of the records go to show the order dated 24.5.2018 has already been challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No. 18182 of 2018 wherein a counter affidavit has already been called.
When the issue of legality of order dated 24.5.2018 is sub- judice before this Court, there would be no occasion for the District Inspector of Schools, Etawah to review his earlier order. No leave is otherwise granted by this Court in the pending writ petition.
Hence, the order dated 1.11.2018 cannot be sustained and is hereby quashed.
The legality of order dated 24.5.2018 would be examined in the pending writ petition.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
