JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
Mr. Krishna Chandra, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel informs that the selection / promotion on the post in question has already been made. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the same. His request is accepted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
