The grievance of the petitioners is that though they are appointed earlier in point of time to two other teachers who were appointed subsequently but being paid higher salary to the petitioners. This anomaly is claimed to have been corrected in the case of Jai Karan Kushwaha and 3 other teachers. The petitioners have already raised their grievances before Finance and Accounts Officer, Mahoba but no action was taken and then they represented the matter before Regional director Basic Education Officer, Mahoba.
Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 has no objection to the matter being considered/decided by competent authority in the matter.
In view of the above let the matter be examined in the first instance by 5th respondent, namely, District Basic Education Officer, Mahoba, within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order. The petitioners are permitted to make a fresh application along with certified copy of the order within a period of two weeks from today.
This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
