Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 19.6.1998 passed by third respondent and the order dated 26.5.2016 passed by second respondent.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question as well as the report of the Stamp Reporter and find that the writ petition is delayed by 842 days and no satisfactory explanation has been given by the petitioner to condone such a long delay.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
