JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A. G. A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed a week's time to implead Smt. Anjali as respondent no. 4.
Issue notice to respondents No.3 and 4.
Petitioners' case in the writ petition is that the marriage of the daughter of complainant- respondent No.3 was solemnized with petitioner No.1 on 24.11.2008. The allegation is that the petitioners were demanding dowry to the tune of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the daughter of respondent no. 3 and kept on beating her daughter. It is further alleged that on 7.6.2010 the petitioners beat her daughter and ousted her from the house. Thereafter a first information report being Case Crime No. 1052 of 2010, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. read with Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Kotwali, Jaulan at Orai has been lodged against the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to keep Smt. Anjali happily with them.
Considering the facts of the present case, one effort be made by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad for resolving the dispute between the parties. Subject to petitioner No. 1 depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/- with Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad within three weeks from today, notice be issued to respondent No.3 as well as respondent no. 4, Smt. Anjali, wife of petitioner no. 1fixing a date and report be submitted by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad within three months thereafter.
The amount so deposited by petitioner No. 1, shall be utilized for making payment to respondent No. 3 and Smt. Anjali to meet the expenses to be incurred in attending the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In the meantime, the petitioners be not arrested in pursuance of the first information report in Case Crime No. 1052 of 2010, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. read with Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Kotwali, Jalaun at Orai.In the event, the petitioner No. 1 does not deposit the amount or fails to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, this order shall stand automatically vacated.
