The petitioner who appears as party-in-person has submitted a purshis - application dated 9.11.2012 and stated that she is not feeling well and therefore she needs adjournment.
Learned advocate for the respondent has submitted that he has no objection if the request is granted.
Therefore, at the request of petitioner who appears as party in person hearing of the petition is adjourned.
Though Court considered that the hearing may be adjourned to 30.11.2012 i.e. immediately on reopening of the Court after vacation or in the alternative on 7.12.2012, the petitioner submitted and insisted that the hearing of the petition may be adjourned to 14.12.2012 since any earlier date would not be convenient to her.
Having regard to the request made by the petitioner hearing is adjourned.
