In pursuance of the order dated 12/10/2012, Mr. B.A.Vaishnav, learned advocate for District Election Officer, Patan has filed affidavit clarifying the issues, on which, reference has been made in order dated 12/10/2012. Copy of the order has been served to the petitioner, who appears as party in person and is present in the Court. Copy of the said affidavit has also been served to Mr. D.P.Joshi, learned advocate for respondent no. 2.
The petitioner, who appears as party in person has submitted that she wants to file counter/reply in response to the affidavit dated 30/10/2012, which is filed by District Election Officer, Patan.
She requested that some time may be granted to file reply/counter in response to the said affidavit. When the Court suggested that the hearing of present petition can be adjourned to 30/11/2012, she submitted that instead of 30/11/2012, it may be adjourned to 7/12/2012.
Accordingly, in view of the said request /submission made by petitioner, hearing is adjourned, so as to enable the petitioner to file reply to the affidavit of District Election Officer, stand over to 7thDecember,2012.
