JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr. Joshi for respondent No. 2 states that he has already filed Election Application No. 1 of 2012 in the Registry and it was placed before Hon'ble Justice K.M. Thaker on 16.1.2012 for removal of office objection and the Court has granted time till 30.1.2012 to remove the objections.
Party-in-person, petitioner, disputes this fact. In view of the fact that the statement is made at bar and when a judicial order is passed by the Court, the matter is adjourned to 3.2.2012.
