JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. An application dated 07.12.2012 has been submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner appears as party-in-person.
2. Today when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, the petitioner, who appears as party-in-person is not present. However, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner, party-in-person, has submitted an application dated 7.12.2012 and requested that the proceedings / hearing of this petition may be adjourned for the reason mentioned in the application.
3. Learned advocate for the respondent has no objection if the said request is granted.
4. Therefore, having regard to the said application dated 7.12.2012 and also considering the fact that learned advocate for the respondent has no objection, the hearing / proceedings of present petition is adjourned.
