Heard Sri Shri Krishan Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
This is the second bail application. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Vipin Sinha, J. (as His Lordship then was) by order dated 22.5.2017.
By means of the present bail application the applicant Brahmkant is seeking his bail in Case Crime No.493 of 2016, u/s 302 I.P.C., P.S.-Kishni, District-Mainpuri.
Submission made by learned counsel for the applicant is that most of the witnesses have been examined and the trial is at advanced stage, and his client's purpose would suffice if a direction to conclude the trial may be given to the court below.
Be it so, the concerned trial court is directed to gear up the trial and make all necessary endeavours to conclude the same by 31st March, 2021, provided the applicant shall render full cooperation in conclusion of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation the present bail application stands disposed off.
