Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel submits that he has obtained instruction in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.08.2021 and as per the instruction, proceedings drawn under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the encroachers of the public land, has been concluded and the direction has been issued for their eviction.
Let a copy of the instruction be supplied to learned counsel for the applicant. Copy thereof is also placed on record.
Since now the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have come to be concluded, it is expected that except in the event of appeal or any interim order passed therein, respondent authority will ensure that the order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is strictly complied with.
Accordingly, in view of the above, no cause survives any more to continue this contempt application. Contempt application is accordingly consigned to record.
