1. In compliance of the order passed by this Court on 27.07.2021 learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the order dated 21.08.2021, copy of which has been supplied to learned counsel for petitioner, whereby final order has been passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this case, .
2. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.08.2021 in accordance with law.
