Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ramesh Chandra Tiwari, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3.
The prayer in the present petition is to issue a direction to the Consolidation Officer to decide the objection i.e. Case No.319 of 2017 (State v. Pradeep Kumar & Ors.) under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 within stipulated period.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Consolidation Officer, Dhanaura, District Amroha to decide the objection i.e. Case No.319 of 2017 (State v. Pradeep Kumar & Ors.) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
