The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Chief General Manager (responent-2) to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground on a suitable post.The petitioner has also made a representation in this respect, which is pending.
A perusal of the representation shows that Giriraj Sharma, father of the petitioner was a Regular Mazdoor in B.S.N.L. He died in harness on 10.11.2013. The petitioner moved an application for his appointment on 18.8.2014 but no order has been passed as yet.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Chief General Manager(respondent-2) to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, if the same has not been already decided.
