2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 27.02.1989 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saharanpur in Criminal Appeal No. 75 of 1988, whereby it has allowed the appeal by setting aside conviction and sentence of opposite parties in Case No. 105 of 1988 under Section 379 I.P.C. vide judgment and order dated 22.10.1988 passed by Additional Munsif Magistrate, Deoband, Saharanpur.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
