Supplementary affidavit has been filed today in the Court, is taken on record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No.725 of 2018 (State Vs. Sanjeev Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.238 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 406, 506, 379, 467, 468, 471 IPC and 66 IT Act, Police Station- Noida Sector 24, District- Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, District- Gautam Budh Nagar as early as possible within the stipulated time.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA who is representing to opposite party No.1.
The only prayer has been made to issue direction for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case within a stipulated period.
Expeditious disposal of the case is right of every litigant and it is accepted from every court to dispose of the case pending before it as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and looking into the material available on record, the trial court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without entertaining any unnecessary adjournments of either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is finally disposed of.
