From the instructions provided by Sri K.R. Singh, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, it appears that the services of the applicant had been terminated and his challenge to the said order failed both before the learned Single Judge as well as before the Division Bench in Special Appeal. The opposite party has consequently taken the view that since the order of termination had become final, no emoluments were liable to be paid to the applicant.
Since a decision in this respect has been taken by the opposite party on merits, nothing further survives on this petition which shall stand disposed of.
