The only relief pressed in this petition is that the respondent No. 1, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Meja may be directed to decide the old Case No. 153/196/327 of 2015-16/ New Case No. 81641 of 2018, within a time bound period.
Sri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel are present and have no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
